We want to hear from you. The fastest way to reach the FeedZen team is email — we read every message and reply as quickly as we can, usually within a couple of business days.
What to include
- Bug reports — what you did, what you expected, what happened instead, and the browser or device you were using.
- Feed problems — the feed URL that is not updating, parsing, or appearing in your timeline.
- Account and billing questions — the email address on your account so we can find it. Billing runs through Stripe, so subscription charges appear from Stripe on your statement.
- Feature requests — what you are trying to do, and how you would expect it to work.
Security issues
Found something that looks like a security vulnerability? Please email hello@feedzen.app with the subject line starting with "Security". Describe the issue and, if possible, the steps to reproduce it. We take reports seriously and will work with you to verify and fix the problem before it is discussed publicly.
